Allowed Pets
Up to 999 service animals , 2 pets 49lbs and unders , 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Weight limits: 150 lbs per service animal , 49 lbs per pets 49lbs and under , 150 lbs per dog , 150 lbs per cat
Pet Types
We’re pleased to welcome cats and dogs of all sizes to our community. Each home may have up to two pets, with certain breed restrictions that apply.
Fees
A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.
Breed Restrictions
The following breeds, and mixes of these breeds, are not permitted: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Mastiff, Kugsha, and farm animals.
Requirements
Each pet must also be registered through Pet Screening, our third-party verification platform. A $30 per pet, per year fee applies.
